Job Description:
FabricDiary is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for both field and office-based sales roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the textile industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales:
- Visit potential clients to showcase our products, including fabrics, embroidery designs, and textile accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the client base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits.
- Provide market feedback to the management team for strategy development.

Office Sales:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Support marketing efforts and participate in promotional activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and textile products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Willingness to travel for field sales within the designated area.
- Knowledge of local languages (Gujarati, Hindi) is a plus.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle for field sales
