Job Description:
FabricDiary is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for both field and office-based sales roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the textile industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Sales:
    • Visit potential clients to showcase our products, including fabrics, embroidery designs, and textile accessories.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
    • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits.
    • Provide market feedback to the management team for strategy development.
  2. Office Sales:
    • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
    • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Assist in preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
    • Support marketing efforts and participate in promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and textile products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales within the designated area.
  • Knowledge of local languages (Gujarati, Hindi) is a plus.
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle for field sales
