About FabricDiary — Our Story, Our Founder, Our Craft
Our Founder
Madhav Fashion was founded in 2005 by Mr. Umeshbhai Dhirubhai Malaviya, a native of Pipariya, Amreli, Gujarat, with a lifelong passion for textiles and fashion manufacturing. What began as a proprietorship rooted in craftsmanship and hard work has, over two decades, grown into a diversified textile group serving fashion brands, designers, and garment manufacturers across the globe.
Mr. Malaviya's guiding principles — Commitment, Transparency, Teamwork, Ethics, and Integrity — continue to shape every part of the company's operations today.

From Madhav Fashion to FabricDiary
Madhav Fashion has been our parent manufacturing company since 2005 — the factory floor where every fabric is designed, woven, embroidered, printed, and finished in-house.
FabricDiary Pvt. Ltd. was built in 2025 as the dedicated B2B digital sourcing platform for that same manufacturing strength — giving designers, boutique owners, garment manufacturers, and exporters worldwide a single online destination to browse, sample, and order directly from the factory, with MOQs starting at just 1 meter.
Madhav Fashion = the factory & manufacturing heritage (since 2005)
FabricDiary = the online B2B storefront that brings that manufacturing directly to global buyers (since 2025)
What We Manufacture In-House
Everything sold on FabricDiary is produced at our own Surat facility — no middlemen, no outsourcing:
Embroidered Fabric — Schiffli, Beaded, Mirror Work, Sequins, Hakoba, and more
Digital Printed Fabric — pure and blended print fabrics across multiple base materials
Plain Fabric — RFD (Ready-for-Dye) and pre-dyed constructions
Jacquard Fabric — a newer addition to our manufacturing range over the last few years
Lace Fabric — trims and embroidered lace, made to order
Schiffli & Hakoba Fabric — specialty embroidery categories produced with dedicated machinery
This in-house control is what lets us offer factory-direct pricing, consistent quality, and custom development — from a single sample meter to bulk export orders.
